The breakfast networking club was set up by local businesses in Torbay to offer a quality networking environment, without the high costs that other organisations charge. This is achieved by the club being not-for-profit, so no money goes into one pocket, but is instead invested into the club for members to benefit from. The club meets at The Grand Hotel in torquay, on a fortnightly basis and the cost of breakfast is included in the monthly membership fee.
The philosophy of the club, is relaxed and friendly as relationships are the most important element in business referrals. However saying that the club has an agenda for every meeting, where we regularly have discussion topics (knowledge is power etc), a member presentation and time to do quality one to one networking.
The club encourages all types of businesses, from start-ups to long standing companies, from Accountants to trades, as we all network and have something to offer.
So that the club offers a professional service, it is supported by NfP Business Networking CIC, which is a community interest company focussing on offering cost effective business support in Torbay.
